However, due to the personal nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds or replacements will be issued for incorrect items only. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to process a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items:

Opened, used, or partially used products. Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes. Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
